Back Online/ Technical Difficulties

My wifi is set up again and working! Yay! However, I'm seeming to still have some problems getting Just Cam It connected and running. I was hoping to get onto Direct Cam this weekend but I may not be able to. I might be able to take Skype bookings though. Why all the technical issues? Well, basically, I'm using an old, reformatted laptop that a friend fixed up for me, but it's soo slow. Plus the inbuilt webcam, for some reason, appears upside down! It's a whole myriad of problems. I'm not bad with technology as such but a lot of these issues are completely novel to me and I've not got the patience to google every step of the process so may have to lean back on a man to get me going again! ;)

Just Cam It Update: Sorted

I have meddled with my settings and managed to get Just Cam It working! I am still on an old laptop with a second hand webcam so it isn't perfect (although I am not appearing the right way up, for once!) but it should tide me over until I can go and pick up my PC and 1080p webcam that I was using! Now I just need to dig out my lingerie and see which lamps I can use to illuminate my rubenesque figure!

So, all of this means that I *will* be able to log in for a bit later tonight and/or tomorrow! For now, I'm off to the pub. :)

Wifi Tomorrow! Plus Accidental Monogamy.

I'm going to have wifi access again tomorrow (if all goes to plan!) so will be on my cam in the evening! And then probably several evenings a week till the end of the month. August: Less Incalls, More Webcam!

My tenancy is up on Thurs. I should be staying with friends for about a month before getting my own place again. This means that I'm not 100% sure what my incall arrangements will be during August! Kitty With No Cats/ Imminent House Move.

My tenancy is coming to an end in a few weeks. I'm going to be frantically searching for a suitable flat with space for a Playroom, not too far from the centre of town. Things have been made simpler- but much sadder- by the fact that my foster cats were collected by their mum yesterday after being in my care for over a year. :( I love those fluffy little guys. I hear they're settling into her new place well though, which is comforting.

So, the next month or so is going to basically be all change for me! I'll probably still be taking incalls to my current location until the end of July. All being well, I'll be able to start again in my new place with only a short gap. If that doesn't work out, I will probably look into returning to the passage parlour that I did a couple of trial shifts in recently. Things went fairly smoothly there, although I do prefer having my own space and my own rules so somewhere with a Playroom space is my priority if possible!

I got let down twice tonight! Trial Shift at a Massage Parlour

My tenancy at my current place ends in a couple of months. I haven't yet worked out where I'm going to move to. Rents in the area are really high. If I'm going to keep doing incalls from home then I would realistically need a 1 or 2 bed flat to myself, instead of a bedsit or room in a house share. Week Off

I've taken the past week or so off AW. If you've emailed, I'll get back to you shortly. I felt like I needed to take a few days to chill and catch up with friends, and then a weekend of partying! It seems to be lots of my friends' birthdays at the moment! I'm off out again this evening for some birthday drinks. Normally I seem to end up staying in at the weekend these days! This time I went out to a metal night. I arrived really late though. I couldn't work out what I wanted to wear. Broken Mobile Phone!

I went out to meet a friend on Wednesday night. In the city centre, there are a lot of rough sleepers. I was feeling compassionate so spoke to a few and asked them if they'd like anything from the shop as I was going myself and had ten minutes to spare till I was due to meet my friend nearby. They asked for some cola and a sandwich, which seemed reasonable. I went into the shop and got a text to say that my friend had arrived and was waiting in the park nearby. I hurried to pay and walked back to the rough sleepers to give them the things, but in my hurry, I dropped my phone to the floor. I've dropped it dozens and dozens of times and all that ever happened was dents in the case. This time, no such luck. The screen shattered into an elaborate cobweb pattern! I dashed off to try to meet my friend anyway, but couldn't find him. He tried to ring several times but I couldn't answer without being able to swipe on the screen. I was so stressed! I rushed around asking strangers if they had a phone that I could borrow for 30 seconds to put my SIM in but no one was able and willing to help. I didn't meet my friend and had no way of telling him why I'd stood him up!

At least, in the park, I bumped into a couple of other people I know and ended up inviting them back to mine instead, to drink cider and try to cheer myself up! It did work at the time, but I'm still without a phone! I backed up my files about a month ago so I have copies of my photos (important cat photos as well as many, many nudes!) and my audio (mostly poetry and song ideas of mine).

But I am still without my notes, my calendar and some of the mobile numbers that were stored on the phone rather than the SIM! This is *not good*! I use my calendar to keep track of my escort bookings, which I need the details of for my tax return (self-employed nympho here, boys!). I'm dreading the thought of trawling back through my inbox trying to work out which sessions went ahead and which didn't! I really hope that one of my techy friends/ the Samsung shop staff can get that data for me! I didn't have it linked to the Samsung cloud. My PC won't let me access my phone as a storage device without me entering the swipe code, which I can't with a broken screen!
